I’m a product designer born and raised in the Bay Area (and I don’t think I ever want to leave). I currently design AI experiences at Asana, focusing on exploring how customers can leverage conversational interactions with Asana AI in order to interact with and gather work context and insights.

Starting off as a graphic designer, my curiosity for business, psychology, and technology has led me to product design. When I think about what I want to design, I think about how much the communities around me have helped me grow. My experiences and worldview have led me to believe design is truly a catalyst for change.

Senior Product Designer, AI • Asana

September 2024 – Current

Since transitioning back into more traditional product design, I’ve worked across Asana’s AI offerings which include reimagining key product surfaces for AI-first flows, exploring proactively surfacing contextual AI nudges for customers to quickly understand their work, and introducing chat-based LLM interactions as a new way for customers to quickly summarize and find work insights.

October 2021 – September 2024

I designed for Asana’s design system, Sol, which supports product teams across our web, iOS, and Android platforms. Key initiatives included updating UI components to support accessible implementations to meet WCAG AA compliance, starting up our community contributions initiative, and leading Figma library improvements and maintenance for consistent alignment with code.

Senior Product Designer • Varo Bank

October 2019 – October 2021

I led design systems across all of our customer-facing products, introducing improvements such as implementing design tokens to supporting a nationwide brand launch. Other responsibilities included documentation, providing design direction to the design team, and improving design tooling and process.

March 2018 – October 2019

I designed a feature set that enables bankers to manage and better meet customers’ service time expectations. I also maintained and contributed to our design system and defined improvements for our customer-facing app to meet WCAG AA compliance.

UX Designer • Bluescape

September 2016 – March 2018

I led design across our large touch display and web products for the Attach feature, a highly-used feature that allows users to create loose groupings between objects. I also formalized our design process by starting a design system, standardizing our design spec files, and introducing usability testing.

I helped create design deliverables and facilitate design reviews for one of our enterprise features and assisted in the Mindbody App redesign for iOS and Android.

I collaborated with ASI staff and external vendors to design ADA-compliant promotional collateral and assets for various student events.
